HPP stands for High Pressure Processing, which is designed to keep our juices and shots safe for consumption. We use HPP because it helps the product maintain the highest nutrient density and minimally impacts vitamins, antioxidants and nutrition. HPP takes a bottle of juice through a cold chamber of water and applies large amount of pressure to it, high enough to inactivate any potential harmful pathogens.

Yes, you can though we don't do it ourselves. We sell only fresh organic cold pressed jucies.
IS THE JUICE PESTICIDE FREE?
As we're a certified organic business, all of our juices are produced without the use of pesticides. Nevertheless, our organic produce goes through an extensive cleaning and sanitizing process prior to juicing. Once the produce is juiced it goes through the HPP process.

Is juce separation normal?
The separation (sediment) is a natural occurrence seen in all natural juices. We recommend shaking the juice in order to shake away separation!

Absolutely not. All our juices go through a process called HPP (High Pressure Processing).

HOW DO YOU KEEP NUTRIENTS IN THE JUICE?
All the nutrients are maintained in our juicing process. Nutrients will diminish over time but due to the short shelf life of our juices the nutritional content remains intact until consumed.
Are there any added sugars in your juices?
Absolutely not! There are no added sugars in any of our juices or shots.
How long is my juice good for once opened?
Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
If a juice bottle is bloated, is it safe to consume?
No, it is not! If you receive a bloated bottle of juice, please do not consume it as the product may have spoiled.
What do you do with the pulp left from making juices?
We use a part of it for making bliss balls. We return the remaining pulp to the farmers for composting purposes.
Are your juices and shots safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Please consult your physician! We use a process called HPP, however, our juices are not pasteurized.
How much organic produce is used to make a signle bottle of juice?
Up to two kilograms (4 pounds) of fresh organic produce is used to make a single bottle of juice!

ARE THE ICE PACKS RECYCLABLE?
Yes, they are! The gel packs will need to be punctured to remove and drain the gel contents. Once drained, the plastic may be rinsed free of gel and recycled.

WHAT ARE THE GEL PACKS MADE OF?
The gel packs consist of a non-toxic, water-based gel in a plastic pouch. They are not intended for human consumption. Do not apply these gel packs to body parts as they are intended to keep perishables cold during shipment.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Customer service will attempt to communicate with our warehouse but can't ensure the package will be cancelled until a response is received. If the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
CAN THE ICE PACKS IN MY SHIPMENT BE REUSED?
Yes, they can. Ice packs may be rinsed clean and frozen in household freezers to be used in lunch boxes or ice chests to keep perishables refrigerated. You can also donate your ice packs to your local food bank!

All juice shipments are packed in boxes filled with iced gel packs to keep them cool during transit! All juices are shipped using 1-2 business days Express delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY?

HOW SHOULD I DISPOSE THE GEL PACKS USED TO PACK MY ORDER?
You may dispose the gel packs in your waste bin according to local laws. You can also cut open the gel pack to dispose of the gel inside. Please make sure to spread the gel in an isolated area where pets do not have access.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND THE GEL PACKS AND/OR BOX ARE TORN?
Don’t worry! The contents aren’t dangerous and they are non-toxic! Just rinse the bottles before placing them in your fridge.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

I have an allergy, is it safe for me to consume your products?
If you have a tree nut, peanut, celery, soy, or sesame allergy, we do encourage that you do not consume our products. All of our products are produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, celery, soy, and sesame.
Do you recycle?
Yes, we do. About 95% or our waste gets recycled.
Are the juice bottles BPA free?
Yes, we only use BPA free bottles.
Why do you not use glass bottles?
We use glassbottles whenever possible. We pack our organic kombucha and natural mineral water in glass bottles. Our cold pressed juices and shots use the HPP process and therefore require being packed in PET bottles as HPP cannot be achieved with glass and cartons bottles.

WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?
Kombucha is a fermented tea passed down through centuries of tradition. For more than 2 centuries people believed Kombucha to have unique healing properties. To craft Kombucha, a base of sweetened tea is cultured with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast). Over time, the SCOBY transforms the tea into a bright, tangy, and effervescent drink with billions of living probiotics that may aid digestion, support gut health, and boost immune function.
Is your Kombucha pasteurised?
Absolutely not! Our Kombucha is never heated or treated which means that all of the beneficial bacteria, yeasts and organic acids remain healthy and intact.
How should I store the Kombucha?
Keep refrigerated 1-5°C. Strands of Kombucha may appear naturally as signs of a healthy and raw Kombucha.
Can I drink "too much" Kombucha?
Drinking "too much" Kombucha will not harm you. However, we recommend drinking in moderation and listening to your body.

What are the floaty bits in my Kombucha?
Don’t worry! Strands of Kombucha or blobs of a baby ‘SCOBY’ may appear in your kombucha. At first, these may seem weird but rest assured these are a sign of a natural, healthy and raw Kombucha. They are good for you and perfectly safe to consume.
In our Ginger & Lime Kombucha, the floaty stuff will be fresh ginger and lime bits. We cold press our ginger and limes to extract the juice, ensuring the natural vitamins and enzymes found in the fruit remain intact. Just gently tip the bottle back and forth to mix these natural bits in.
What is the sugar content of your Kombucha?
Our product is low sugar at close to 3g per 100ml. We use unrefined organic cane sugar to brew our Kombucha as it is an essential component for the fermentation process. The natural yeasts in our batches consume the sugar during fermentation leaving only small amounts when bottling. Any extra sweetness tasted in our flavors comes from the natural ingredients that are added in after the fermentation is complete.

Does Kombucha need to be consumed with a meal?
Absolutely not. Kombucha can be enjoyed before a meal, with a meal, after a meal, or any time in between. Just feel free to drink it whenever you feel like it.
